PRODUCT DESCRIPTION AND FEATURES

These delicate earrings feature the letter M with heart and crown, the symbol of the Holy Mother. The earrings were modelled after a silver button from Lapland, worn by the indigenous Sámi people as a protective symbol in the Middle Ages. The motif was part of the Kalevala jewelry range from the 1960s till the 2010s. Width 15 mm, height 45 mm. Bronze, gold-plated silver hooks.

Care instructions for bronze jewelry

Bronze is an alloy of copper, tin and zinc which
tarnishes faster than precious metals. The new bronze jewelry has a jewelry protector
varnish surface that prevents the jewelry from darkening. With the Kalevala cleaning cloth, you can
polishes areas that have dimmed if the protective varnish has worn off.
After cleaning, it's a good idea to wash the jewelry in mild soapy water, so as not to damage the cloth
