Many beloved Kalevala pieces were created in the 1940s by Mr Germund Paaer, the first Head of Design at Kalevala. In his artistic designs he brought together the most beautiful details and ornaments of ancient Finnish jewelry. Among his most iconic designs is the Moon Goddess with its seven tinkling charms that ward off evil spirits and thoughts. Width 47 mm. Anchor chain 70 cm, no clasp.
