Since ancient times, braided ribbons have been popular motifs in jewelry across the world. This small pendant was modelled after chain holders that adorned women’s festivity costumes in Eastern Finland in the late Iron Age. Width 24 mm, patterned on both sides. Anchor chain 60 cm, spring ring clasp.

Care instructions for bronze jewelry

Bronze is an alloy of copper, tin and zinc which
tarnishes faster than precious metals. The new bronze jewelry has a jewelry protector
varnish surface that prevents the jewelry from darkening. With the Kalevala cleaning cloth, you can
polishes areas that have dimmed if the protective varnish has worn off.
After cleaning, it's a good idea to wash the jewelry in mild soapy water, so as not to damage the cloth
