PRODUCT DESCRIPTION AND FEATURES

In 2002, it was 200 years since the birth of Elias Lönnrot. Kalevala Koru honored the anniversary with a jewelry series designed by Kirsti Doukas. The plant ornaments on the spherical bronze pendant remind us of Lönnrot's merits as a naturalist. The model of the ornament is from Tuukkala's buckle, which was part of Kalevala Jewelry's first collection announced in 1937. Anchor chain 60 cm, spring ring lock.

Care instructions for bronze jewelry

Bronze is an alloy of copper, tin and zinc which
tarnishes faster than precious metals. The new bronze jewelry has a jewelry protector
varnish surface that prevents the jewelry from darkening. With the Kalevala cleaning cloth, you can
polishes areas that have dimmed if the protective varnish has worn off.
After cleaning, it's a good idea to wash the jewelry in mild soapy water, so as not to damage the cloth
