The Kalevala Bear charm measures 13 mm in width and 14 mm in height (including the bail). Patterned on both sides (bronze and silver). Available in bright bronze, silver and 14K gold.

Designed by Kaisaleena Mäkelä in the 1990s, Kalevala Besr was part of the extensive Inception collection that drew inspiration from jewelry featuring mythical animal motifs, worn by northern peoples in ancient times. The beloved classic now returns with a new look to celebrate Kalevala’s 90^th anniversary. The items are stamped with the anniversary year logo.

Care instructions for bronze jewelry

Bronze is an alloy of copper, tin and zinc which
tarnishes faster than precious metals. The new bronze jewelry has a jewelry protector
varnish surface that prevents the jewelry from darkening. With the Kalevala cleaning cloth, you can
polishes areas that have dimmed if the protective varnish has worn off.
After cleaning, it's a good idea to wash the jewelry in mild soapy water, so as not to damage the cloth
the cleaning agent inside stains clothes.
