Vanhalinnan soljen mallina on ollut viikinkiaikainen ns. tasavartinen solki, joka on löydetty Liedon Vanhalinnasta. Korussa olevat häränsilmäkuviot ja nystyrät ovat viikinkiaikaisille suomalaisille koruille tyypillisiä. Kalevala Korun mallistoon Vanhalinnan solki tuli 1990-luvun puolivälissä. Rintakorun leveys 75 mm.
