Tuotearvioarvonnan säännöt ja ehdot

OSALLISTUMISOIKEUS / ELIGIBILITY 

Arvontaan voivat osallistua kaikki Suomessa asuvat 15 vuotta täyttäneet luonnolliset henkilöt pois lukien Kalevala Koru Oy:n oma henkilökunta ja heidän perheenjäsenensä. Alle 18-vuotiaat tarvitsevat osallistumiseen vanhempien luvan.

Entry is open to everyone over the age of 15 (“Entrant”). Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. The permission of the parents is needed for persons under the age of 15.

OSALLISTUMINEN / PARTICIPATION 

Kilpailuun voi osallistua vastaamalla tuotearvioviestiin, joka lähetetään sähköpostitse tuotteen ostamisen jälkeen. 

To participate in the competition the entrant should rate the product in the email sent after the purchase. 

PALKINNOT JA NIISTÄ ILMOITTAMINEN / COMPETITION PRIZES AND CONTACTING THE WINNER 

Palkintona on 1 kpl 50€ arvoinen Kalevala-lahjakortti kerran kuussa. Voittaja arvotaan kaikista osallistujista kuun viimeisenä päivänä. Lahjakortin voi käyttää Kalevala-verkkokaupassa sekä Kalevala-myymälöissä Helsingissä. Palkintoa ei voi muuttaa rahaksi tai muuksi palkinnoksi. Voittajiin otetaan yhteyttä sähköpostitse arvonnan suorittamisen jälkeen. 

There will be 1 prize winner each month for the Promotional Period. The winner that is drawn end of month from all entrants gets a Kalevala giftcard worth 50€. The giftcard is valid in the Kalevala webshop and Kalevala stores in Helsinki. Unless otherwise stated the prize or portions of prizes are not transferable, cannot be sold and no prizes may be taken as cash. The winner will be contacted by email.

JÄRJESTÄJÄN VASTUU / ORGANIZER'S RESPONSIBILITY 

Kalevala Koru vastaa palkintoihin liittyvästä mahdollisesta arpajaisverosta. Kalevala Koru ei vastaa tietoteknisistä syistä johtuvista ongelmista tai esteistä arvontaan osallistumisessa tai palkinnon vastaanottamisessa. Osallistuja vastaa osallistumisen yhteydessä Kalevala Korulle antamiensa yhteystietojen oikeellisuudesta.

The Organizer is liable for any taxes and similar expenses related to shipping the prize to the winner. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorized access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; or (d) use of the prize. The Winner is liable for providing the Promoter correct contact details in order to receive the Prize after the Winner has been contacted by the Promoter.

MUUT EHDOT / OTHER TERMS

Osallistumalla arvontaan osallistuja sitoutuu noudattamaan näitä sääntöjä ja Kalevala Korun niiden nojalla tekemiä päätöksiä. Kalevala Koru pidättää oikeuden tehdä muutoksia ilman erillistä ilmoitusta arvontaan, sen sääntöihin, palkintoihin, ajankohtaan tai muihin kilpailun toteuttamiseen vaikuttaviin seikkoihin. Muutoksista ilmoitetaan kilpailun sääntösivulla. Kalevala Koru pidättää oikeuden hylätä kilpailusta henkilöt, jotka ovat rikkoneet näitä sääntöjä, joiden on syytä epäillä käyttäneen epärehellisiä keinoja kilpailuun osallistuessaan.

Kalevala Koru ei kerää osallistujien yhteystietoja, nimimerkkejä tai muita tietoja eikä niitä käytetä suoramarkkinointiin, jos ei suostumusta erikseen anneta. Osallistujien tietoja käytetään ainoastaan kilpailun arvonnan suorittamiseen ja voittajan yhteystietoja palkinnon toimittamiseen.

Osallistumalla kisaan annat Kalevala Korulle oikeudet käyttää antamaasi tuotearviota (teksti ja kuvat) sekä etunimeäsi ja sukunimesi ensimmäistä kirjainta rajoituksetta markkinoinnissa.

Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and related decisions made by the Organizer. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any Entrant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate. Kalevala Koru Oy is not collecting contact details, usernames or other information and does not use them for direct marketing, if not consent is given by the participant.

By participating you give Kalevala Koru the right to use the product rating (text and pictures) and your first name and first letter of your surname in marketing without any limitations.
